I can’t help if you haven’t first recognised the need to change. 

I can’t create this need by marketing and selling if you are not searching for it.

I can’t tell you what you need to/should be doing. I don’t really know. 

What I can do is question and provoke.

I can plant a seed: “What is better?”.

I can provide examples to demonstrate this; or manufacture conditions and standards to strive towards.

Ultimately, in defining “better”, you acknowledge the present state as unsatisfactory; you recognise the need to be otherwise.
